 Paper Acceptance Notification  :  Before 1st January , 2012

Early registration deadline  : 1st January, 2012

Camera Ready Deadline : 15th January, 2012

Late registration deadline : 30th January, 2012

 

                Registration Information :

              Every paper (full, short or poster), in order to be included in the proceedings,

              needs to be registered until the deadline.

              Registration can be made both online as well as by sending the request to : ncmi2012reg@gmail.com .

  • Registration fees include admittance to NCMI 2012 , lunches during the conference period, 2 times coffee break & snack breaks during conference, welcome reception.

  • Conference Proceedings include in CD including all papers and Print copy of NCMI 2012 conference.

        Important Notes :

 
  • Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.

 
  • For each accepted paper, At least one author must register. Completed registration is required for all accepted papers that are to be included in the conference proceedings.

 
  • Students are requested to present a valid student ID upon collection of their conference kit on site.

 

Cancellation Policy :

 
  • Up to two weeks before event, full registration fees (minus handling charges)

 
  • Up to one week before event, 80 % (minus handling charges)
