The Second International Training Course in Pediatric Nephrology shall be held in New Delhi from 9-11 March 2007. The Course is jointly organized by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and Commission for the Global Advancement of Nephrology (COMGAN). The aim of the Course shall be to cover topics in core pediatric nephrology that are of practical relevance to pediatricians. We are privileged to have an eminent guest faculty comprising international and national experts in the speciality, who shall highlight issues related to management of common medical and surgical renal problems in children. It is proposed to have a combination of lectures, symposia, interactive case discussions and practical demonstrations to ensure involvement of participants. The scientific program on the first day shall address issues relevant to pediatricians with special interest in nephrology and experts taking care of children with complex renal diseases. The program on the next two days provides an overview of common conditions affecting the kidneys and urinary tract, which should be extremely useful to general pediatricians, experts as well as postgraduate students. You may register for either all 3 days or the latter 2 days of the Program. We welcome you to New Delhi and assure that this Course shall be academically stimulating and provide an opportunity for direct interaction with experts.
