The co-ordination of this project has been a monumental task for which we are grateful to our patrons, advisors, special invitees, participants, dedicated experts and the members of the organizing committee for their time, effort and support at every stage.
The consortium activity has been largely made possible by a core grant from WHO-WR India for holding the 2-day meeting of open Forum and Expert Forum on 11th and 12th January, 2001 at New Delhi. The publication has been developed with funding from MOHFW, WHO and UNFPA.
