Dr Arunmozhimaran Elavarasi did her MBBS from Tuticorin Government Medical College, The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University. She received the Best Outgoing Student Award and 14 University Medals and was the Topper of the University in 2010. Subsequently she did her MD Medicine (2011-13) at AIIMS, New Delhi and worked as Senior Resident in the Department of Medicine, AIIMS, New Delhi in 2014. She completed her DM in Neurology from AIIMS New Delhi (2015-2017). After acquiring her Neurology qualification, she has worked as Assistant Professor in Neurology in Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, JIPMER Pondichery from January-December 2018. After a brief stint in National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS, Bangalore) as Faculty (March 2019-October 2019), she joined as Assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at AIIMS, New Delhi in October 2019.

Awards and Honours

Elavarasi A has received various awards during her schooling including the NTSE scholarship. She also topped the university in MBBS. She has presented her Research work in International forums and received Awards of honor during her MD course. She also has received prizes and awards for presentations in conferences during DM course.

She is the recipient of the prestigious American Academy of Neurology International Scholarship in 2018 and World Federation of Neurology Junior travelling fellowship in 2019.

 Dr Animesh Das has joined as Assistant Professor of Neurology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India in 2019. He has special interest in demyelinating diseases, movement disorders and clinical electrophysiology.

 Dr. Das graduated from BRD Medical College, Uttar Pradesh in 2011 and completed his postgraduate degree (MD) in Pediatrics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 2014. He did his 1-year senior residency in the Department of Pediatrics at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi from 2014-2015. Subsequently, he did his DM (Neurology) in 2018 from Sanjay Gandhi Post Gradute Institute of Medical Sciences and Post-Doctorate fellowship in Neurophysiology from the same Institute.

Dr. Anu Gupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India.  She has special interest in adult onset neurocognitive disorders (dementias) which include disorders of memory, behaviour and higher cognitive functions AND neuro-ophthalmology (disorders of vision related to neurological causes). 

Dr. Anu graduated from Dayanand Medical College and hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab in 2004 and completed her postgraduate degree (MD) in Medicine (2009) from Government Medical college and hospital, Patiala, Punjab. Subsequently she obtained post-doctoral specialist certification in DM (Neurology) in 2013 from the Department of Neurology, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Before joining AIIMS in October 2019, she worked as Senior Research Associate for 18 months and Assistant Professor Neurology for 3 months at PGIMER, Chandigarh; and subsequently as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at GB Pant hospital, New Delhi for over 3 and half years, and Associate professor  in VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi for 6 months. She is a winner of the National Torrent young scholar award (2012) and has 35 publications to her credit.
