Dr. Deepa Dash completed her under graduation (MBBS) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi and was the recipient of 5 medals of proficiency including the Lady Willingdon Medal. After her under graduation, she did her MD from University College of Medical sciences, Delhi, where she was awarded the best post graduate in Medicine. She completed her DM Neurology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

She joined Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences as an Assistant professor in 2011.In 2013 she joined AIIMS, New Delhi as an Assistant Professor. Dr Dash has special interest in the sub-specialities of Movement disorders and Neuroimmunological disorders.

Brief profile:

Dr. Awadh Kishor Pandit joined AIIMS, New Delhi as faculty in department of Neurology as Assistant Professor in Nov 2016. He did his undergraduation and postgraduation (MD-Medicine) from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sewagram, Wardha and  then went on to do his DM training in Neurology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He received the ‘Manoharlal Soni award’ for the best DM resident in Neurology (2013).

After completion of DM-Neurology in 2013, he worked as Consultant Neurology at Paras Hospital, Gurgaon. Later on joined DBT funded (Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India) Initiative on the Neuro-Clinical Research Education. (INCRE) fellowship from Aug 2014 till Oct 2015 and thereafter joined as Assistant Professor in Neurology at PGIMER, Chandigarh from Oct 2015 to Nov 2016.

He sees general neurology patients and participates in other specialty clinics, including Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis. His areas of research during DM training have been stroke in young.

Dr. Vishnu VY completed his under graduation (MBBS) from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. After his under graduation, he did the compulsory rural service at Cherpu Community Health Centre, Thrissur. Then he joined Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) for MD (Internal Medicine). He received the JIPMER Institute Gold medal for Neurology.  Dr. Vishnu received neurology training (DM-Neurology) from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. He had worked as Assistant Professor in Neurology Department at PGIMER Chandigarh (May 2016-Nov 2016). In Nov 2016, he joined as Assistant Professor (Neurology) at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Dr. Vishnu’s field of interest in neurology are Stroke, CNS Vasculitis, Neuromuscular diseases, Neuro-ophthalmology and Cognitive neurology.
