Dear Vice-Chancellor / Principal,
I am very happy to inform you that the Institute is awarding an Oration called “Professor Kesho Ram Laumas Memorial Oration” which is awarded to a “Research Scientist (National/International) for Biomedical Research conducted in the field of Reproductive Biology and Population Control”.
The award carries a cash price of Rs. 10,000/- and a plaque. In addition, the selected scientist will be paid the Air Fare within India and local hospitality at the A.I.I.M.S.
May I have the pleasure of requesting you to send your nomination (Seven Copies), on the format enclosed, for the award, alongwith the candidate’s bio-data including list of publications and details of the work, for which he/she is to be considered for the award of this Oration so as to reach the Dean, AIIMS latest by 31-08-2007. You are also requested to enclose 7 best reprints of his/her work during the preceeding 10 years and also indicate whether he/she has received any recognition during the preceeding 10 years.
