CIRCULAR
Submission of projects for approval by the Institutional Bio-safety Committee (IBSC) for recombinant DNA research at AIIMS
It is mandate of the Institutional Bio-safety Committee for the recombinant DNA research to review all “Research projects that entail cloning and/or transformations and infections and/or expression of genes in eukaryotic or prokaryotic organisms as well as handling of infectious organisms”.
All investigators at AIIMS are hereby informed that their research projects for the IBSC clearance can be submitted in the duly filled format along with a copy of the project and a soft copy on any working day till 20th of every month.
The meeting shall be held on last week of each month and decision will be conveyed at the earliest.
