supply of Liquid Oxygen Gases upto 12.30 p.m. on

Supply of Liquid Oxygen Gases to the JPNA Trauma Centre and the CN Centre on rate contract basis for five years.
(Note:- The selected firm for supplying liquid oxygen shall
have to install the Storage Tank of appropriate size, Free
of Charge, at JPNA Trauma Centre and C.N.Centre, AIIMS and
will have to obtain the necessary Licence for the same.

Tender forms containing detailed specifications along with terms and conditions can be had from the office of the Stores Officer (TC), Stores Section, Ground Floor, JPNA Trauma Center, Raj Nagar, New Delhi- 110 029 against requisite Pay Order/Demand Draft towards the cost of tender forms (non-refundable) as mentioned above in favour of the ‘AIIMS JPNA Trauma Center A/c’ for each tender form separately (Postal Orders/Cash are not acceptable).
The Bid security as mentioned above will have to be deposited through Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft drawn in favour of the ‘AIIMS JPNA Trauma Center A/c’ alongwith the tender. No interest is payable on Bid Security.
Tender forms will be supplied by post/per bearer on receipt of request on printed letter head along with the requisite demand draft/pay order for each tender forms separately between 2.00 p.m. & 4.30 p.m. on all full working days and on Saturday from 11.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. upto 16.08.2007. If the last date for sale, submission & opening of tender falls on any Government declared holidays, the next working day will be considered as last date for the same. |
