SUBJECT:   EXHIBITION OF MEDICAL BOOKS.

Dear Sir,

It is proposed to hold an Exhibition of books published in health sciences at the B.B. Dikshit Library of AIIMS in the month of September/October, 2007. Only the books published in 2007 shall be displayed. The books shall be purchased by the library on the recommendation of faculty members of the Institute, after duplicate checking. If you are interested to arrange an Exhibition of books, kindly let us know the maximum discount to the library for their purchase.

Yours reply should reach the undersigned before September 5^th, 2007. If no reply is received, it will be presumed that you are not interested in arranging the Exhibition. The preference will be given to those firms who quote maximum discount. Please note that we accept the Bank conversion rates on the date of billing. The exact date for Exhibition shall be communicated to your later on.
