Dear Colleagues,
Sleep related disorders are very commonly encountered in neurologic
practice, yet frequently overlooked,
underdiagnosed or misdiagnosed. In the developing world, Sleep
Medicine as a specialty is still in its infancy.
It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to participate in this
two-day symposium on Sleep Medicine, being
organized by the
Department of Neurology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences in
association with the World Association of Sleep Medicine. Renowned
international faculty will take us through what promises to be an intensive
update on Sleep and disorders related to it. The major focus during
scientific sessions will be on Sleep
disordered breathing, Restless
Legs Syndrome, Parasomnias and Circadian Rhythm Sleep disorders. All
sessions would be very
interactive with full participation from all delegates.
Since New Delhi wears a cheerful and comfortable weather in the
month of February, you are sure to enjoy
brainstorming
scientific sessions along with a wonderful opportunity to visit the
capital city and its neighboring
historic and scenic tourist attractions. You are most welcome to
register for this symposium at the earliest, since,
the registrations will be limited and made on a 'first come first
served' basis.
Welcoming you,
Garima Shukla
(Organizing Secretary)
