ABSTRACT & PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit their paper based on original research work on conference e-mail. All abstracts accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings. Submissions are open for paper presentation and poster presentation. Authors should specify which category they are submitting their abstract for.

For oral and poster presentation :-   Last date for submission of Abstract  : 30th Nov, 2012

Proposals for workshops and symposiums may be sent to the organizers. Authors are invited to submit their paper based on original research work on conference e-mail and also submit 2 hard copies to Conference Secretariat address. Authors are invited to submit their free papers (oral/poster). Authors should specify which category they are submitting their abstract for.

 Last date for submission of abstract is 30th Nov 2012 by 12 midnight (IST). Delegates whose abstracts have been accepted, have to submit their full paper by 31st  Dec 2012 by 12 midnight (IST) for consideration of publication in the conference proceedings. Only registered delegates are permitted to present papers.

**  Award will be given for best papers and posters  **

Full papers are invited for S. C. Gupta Award. 3 best papers would be selected for presentation. Rest of the papers would be accommodated in free papers.

 The last date for submission of full paper for this award is 15th January 2013."

 

POSTER SPECIFICATIONS

The posters will be on display on the first floor of the Jawaharlal Nehru Auditorium during the poster sessions. The posters will be grouped and displayed associated with the relevant sessions. The organizers would request that poster presenters stand by their poster to allow conference participants to ask questions or provide comments. The exact date and time of your poster presentation would be conveyed to you when the scientific program is finalized.

 

Practical issues:
The posters will be attached to a wall-system. The conference crew will assist you in finding the right place for your poster.

The format of the posters: Width (max): 3 feet / Height (max):  4 feet
