Registration
The participants are advised to submit completed pre-registration form included in conference brochure/website along with short biodata to conference secretariat (ashutoshhalder@yahoo.co.in) as early as possible. Registration without biodata will not be accepted for evaluation by technical committee for selection. Only 20 mid level workers (doctor/scientist) in the field will be considered for the workshop.
Pre-Registration Date: By 30/04/2007
Registration Fee: Will be finalized by 15/05/2006 (tentatively Rs.5000/- for government organization & Rs.8000/- for non-govt.) Registration fee includes entry to entire workshop, including demonstration, hands on experiment, lectures, interactive sessions, workshop manual, lunch, tea and conference dinner (first day)
Mode of Payment: all payment should be made by selected candidate (~20) through bank draft payable at New Delhi in favor of “National Workshop on FISH”. Payment by cheque, money order or credit card shall not be accepted. Bank draft along with completed registration form (from selected candidate) should be sent by registered/speed post to the organising secretary so as to reach the conference secretariat by 15 June 2007. Delegates shall be informed about the payment received.
Refund: request for cancellation of registration in writing must be submitted to the organising secretary by registered/speed post by 01/07/2007. Refund thereafter shall not be considered as money will be utilized for infrastructures.
Accommodation: As routine accommodation will not be provided.
